Are you ready for the Best Community Block Party? You bet you are!
Soroptimist is a global organization and while we work to make a difference in the lives of women and girls all over the world, we also make a strong impact in our local community for women and girls.
We are so excited to be getting back to an in-person event. Getting back to some sort of normalcy is crucial to non profits such as ours. We hope this outdoor Community Block Party will bring out all our supporters who count on us each year to give them a night to remember full of good food, fun, laughter along with silent, live & dessert auctions, PLUS we will also have some fun gaming opportunities to win more prizes. We look forward to seeing all of you on Saturday, June 4th!

Soroptimist was founded on October 3, 1921 in Oakland, CA and we’ve just celebrated our 100thBirthday around the world. While we are celebrating our 100th Birthday, we thought it would be fun to celebrate our own club’s 68th birthday, so we are having a BIG BIRTHDAY BASH at this crab feed. Our club has historically awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars in life-changing scholarships and grants over the decades and we want to make this year’s crab feed an even bigger success than previous years, but we need your help in making our glocal (global and local) birthday celebrations something we’ll never forget.
